Deposit for a whole Pig. Raised on pasture and forest. Fed organic grain and lots of skim milk from our dairy.

Available early September and early October. $1000 deposit balance due at pick up. Expected hanging weight around 200 pounds.

Smoking and curing is not available at our butcher.
